Mr Jiji Mammen
CEO, Sa-Dhan
Mr. Jiji Mammen is an industry veteran with over 36 years of experience in microfinance, agriculture and rural development. He was earlier the Managing Director of NABFINS, an NBFC MFI promoted by NABARD. He was the founder, MD & CEO of Micro Units Development and Refinance Agency Ltd. (MUDRA), an NBFC formed to support the flagship programme of Govt. of India, viz. Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana for three years from 2015. He has been CGM at NABARD, heading the regional offices in Rajasthan, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Mr. Mammen was also the country head of the Department of Refinance in NABARD.
Mr Anil Bhardawaj
Secretary General, Federation of Indian Small and Medium Enterprises (FISME)
Anil Bhardwaj is Secretary General of the Federation of Indian Micro Small & Medium Enterprises (FISME). He has worked extensively in the fields of international trade and SME development. He has advised or led several SME development projects supported by multilateral and bilateral donor agencies in India. His recent engagements include Member, Damodaran Committee for Reforming the Regulatory Environment for Doing Business in India (Ministry of Corporate Affairs); Member, Drafting Committee for ‘National Voluntary Guidelines on Social, Environmental and Economic responsibilities of Business’ since notified by Ministry Corporate Affairs (Govt. of India); Member, Advisory Group of IICA-GIZ CSR initiatives; Member, Project Advisory Committee 'National Competition Policy and Economic Growth in India'.
Mr Rohit Chauhan

Mr Chauhan is a seasoned professional who understands the pivotal intersection of Technology, Public Policy, Global Affairs, Business Development, Sustainability and the Geopolitical landscape to augment the business drivers for impactful growth, brand reputation, risk mitigation, advocacy, and global expansion. He has insightful experience working with Foreign Embassies & High Commissions and multilateral forums (5+ programs) like the UN, World Bank and other global bodies on Digital Business, Policy & UN SDGs.

Mr Sumanta Dey
Head-Public Policy, Head Digital Works
He is head of Corporate Affairs at HDW, a leading online gaming company in India. The mandate includes handling Public Policy, Advocacy, Strategic external engagements, Corporate Affairs, and Public Relations. At Unacademy, he set up and led Corporate Affairs with a mandate to steer stakeholder strategy, Govt. Relations, Public Policy, and Communications. The charter spans strategic engagement and advocacy with Govt. (Centre & States), Media, and Ecosystem partners, besides managing reputation risks. Prior to EdTech, he was a Corporate Affairs lead at Flipkart, where he helped build relationships with key stakeholder groups while heading market access programs for farmers, MSMEs, and Artisans.
Dr Gursharan Dhanjal
Vice Chairman, SKOCH Group
Dr Gursharan Dhanjal, MA, M.Phil, PhD from Delhi University, an expert in development economics. He is Vice Chairman, SKOCH Group. He is also Editor of INCLUSION—a quarterly publication that focuses on inclusive growth related areas. He has led various research projects, impact assessments and field studies in MSMEs, women empowerment, entitlements, rights, sanitation, social inclusion, health, financial inclusion, e-governance and ICT for development that included traversing across the country, collecting citizen voices for over two decades now. A prolific writer, Dr Dhanjal has contributed over 200 columns in leading national dailies including The Hindustan Times, The Times of India, The Financial Express and The Pioneer. He has published research papers in several journals of repute in addition to authoring following widely acclaimed books: Tarapur: The Politics of Nuclear Age; and, Infrastructure and Governance. He was member of the Working Group on ICT in Higher Education constituted by Planning Commission for the 12th Five Year Plan.
